Action, one of the most quickly growing discount stores in Europe, offers a wide choice of products. Its Echt warehouses process thousands of items every day, creating new job opportunities.
What your tasks are
As an order picker, you will collect products from different parts of the warehouse. You'll be working with a very different set of items, from home decor and toys to school materials, work tools and food. Your tasks may include:
- Picking products using a voice picking system (in languages English, Dutch, Polish)
- Lifting and packing products of different weights
- Checking quality and labeling packages
Work schedule:
You will work from Monday to Friday in two shifts: the morning shift (06:00 - 15:00) and the evening shift (15:00 - 00:00). And also, you will work on Saturdays during the day shift, which is between 06:00 and 15:00. Overtime is calculated after four weeks if you work more than 160 normal hours; this means that only hours beyond 160 will be considered for overtime.
What you need to be successful
- Willingness to get certified for EPT, reach truck, or forklift
- Open to working in shifts
- Good physical condition
- Available for long-term employment
- Good communication skills in English
