OTTO Work Force in Poland offers permanent and temporary work for both unskilled workers and specialists in many fields. We employ over 6,000 people for our clients and half of them are foreigners. OTTO in Poland has been employing people from eastern countries since 2013. We provide them with assistance in arranging all necessary documents and in coming to Poland.
Our recruitment offices in Gdynia, Poznań, Świebodzin, Garwolin, Warszawa, Kraków, Opole, Wrocław and Gliwice cover the whole country, so we can offer you a job practically everywhere in Poland. We cooperate with over 200 clients. Our clients are large Polish and international companies especially in the field of production and logistics.
WORKING IN GERMANY
OTTO Work Force has been operating on the German market since 2010. We have almost 40 offices and nearly 5,000 employees throughout the country.

JOBS IN LOGISTICS
We recruit for various positions in distribution centres and warehouses with a wide range of products – from groceries, through clothing, to electronics or garden and pet accessories. Typical job duties in logistics include order picking by means of a voice-system or scanner, labelling, packing, preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading, or quality control. We do not usually require job experience unless you want to work as a forklift driver or a reach truck operator.
